About EFT

EFT Tapping is a self-help tool to eliminate emotional stress, reduce chronic pain, remove food and chemical sensitivities, successfully control weight, improve sports performance, and promote personal health and vitality.

EFT Tapping is supported by over 100 research studies and 4 meta-analyses, and is evidence-based-practice for trauma, phobia, and anxiety. It is easy to learn and results are often lasting or permanent.

Simplified EFT Tapping™ was created by Valerie Lis. It is a compilation of concepts and practices from her two decades as a practitioner, mentor, and trainer. It is an easier process and provides faster, deeper results. It consistently produces "goose bump" sessions which inevitably lead to enthusiastic referrals and a steady stream of clients. Many students, after learning how to apply Simplified EFT with their own clients, now use it exclusively.

The curriculum includes the Simplified EFT Tapping™ process, along with tools such as Follow the Process, Worst Case Scenarios, Creative Visualizations, Charged Phrases, and Exaggerated Positives. Specific protocols are given to work with depression, anxiety, weight issues, physical symptoms including sensitivities and flus, and ideas for bullying, addictions, compulsive spending, anger issues, obsessions, high/low moods, and unhealthy sexual desires.

  • Barbara's fear of heights prevented her from even standing on a chair. After going through the EFT procedure, her fear dissolved almost instantly. My kids were shocked, she said, as she rode a Ferris wheel a few days after the workshop. They know how real my fear used to be and now it's like it was never there.
  • Rich is a Vietnam veteran who had been in therapy for 17 years with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He had over 100 haunting war memories, many of which he relived daily. He suffered from insomnia and a major height phobia. After using EFT, every trace of those problems vanished.

  • Debra suffered from debilitating neck pain. Previous medications and methods offered no relief. At the seminar, she was able to stop the pain immediately.
These people have experienced amazing results using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping). Psychologists, personal coaches, hypnotherapists, chiropractors and others are including EFT in their practice. For many professionals it has become their main personal development tool.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an easy, effective and painless method to conquer phobias and fears, diminish or alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic pain and reduce cravings due to weight control, compulsions and addictions. EFT is based on new discoveries involving the body's subtle energies. The theory is the same as that of acupuncture, without needles. The technique involves a series of fingertip "taps" on the body's energy points while the client "tunes in" to the problem.

EFT often works where nothing else will, without the use of drugs or equipment. It is gentle, rapid, lasting, easily learned and self applied.

Note: While EFT has been used by thousands of therapists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, doctors and individuals worldwide with exceptional results and without side effects, this is not a guarantee that you will not experience side effects. If you use EFT on yourself or others, you MUST take full responsibility.
